Drop-off can be arranged at a Casablanca hotel, residence, Mohammed V Airport, Casa Voyageurs station, Casa-Port station, Casablanca Port, a business district or another accessible address. For a pedestrian-only or restricted-access location, the closest accessible drop-off point is confirmed in advance.

Luggage capacity depends on the assigned vehicle and the number of travellers. Declare all large suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs, wheelchairs, bicycles or other oversized items before confirmation.

Child seats must be requested before confirmation. Add the number and ages of the children and select the required seat type in the booking form. Availability must be confirmed by the team.
