The rate does not automatically include a return journey, additional stops, sightseeing, food, personal expenses, gratuities, undeclared oversized luggage, extra waiting, route changes or addresses outside the confirmed Tangier pickup and Chefchaouen drop-off areas.

Drop-off can be arranged at a Chefchaouen hotel, riad, residence, CTM bus station, Bab el Ain, Place Mohammed V, a Medina entrance, an accessible location near Ras El Maa or another accessible address. For a destination inside the pedestrian or steep Medina streets, the closest accessible drop-off point is confirmed in advance.

Luggage capacity depends on the assigned vehicle and the number of travellers. Declare all large suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs, wheelchairs, bicycles or other oversized items before confirmation.

Child seats must be requested before confirmation. Add the number and ages of the children and select the required seat type in the booking form. Availability must be confirmed by the team.

Additional stops may be possible when requested in advance. They are not included automatically and may change the journey time and final price.
